Examination pack

The Examination pack consist of three separate modules for Examination, Daily Hospital and Psychology module, but all of them work separately.

Each module contains specifics of what it is intended for. The examination module contains over 40 different screens for all diagnostic areas that are covered. Created in accordance with the highest medical standards and the latest guidance protocols in medicine the modules provide fast and easy workflow in every diagnostic cabinet.

The module for Daily Hospital covers parts for therapy intake, monitoring vital parameters and discharge letters.

Laboratory Information System (LIS)

Laboratory information systems (LIS) play a central role in the operational management of the pathological laboratory workflow, as well as providing an infrastructure for facilitating electronic communication with the requirements for laboratory testing of the patient and the results from / to hospital doctors, departments, etc.

The LIS within the EHS can be implemented separately from the enterprise solution for lab companies as it represents an integrated laboratory information system that enables healthcare providers to have 24-hour access to complete and up-to-date accurate laboratory data across all locations.

With the fully established two-way connection between the lab machines and the system, we provide auto-analyzers, automated result input, as well communication between different labs in the environment with automated business operations for biochemistry, immunology, endocrinology, hematology, microbiology, virology, cytopathology, blood transfusions, histocompatibility, and immunogenicity (tissue writing) and molecular diagnostics.

Modules include lab scheduling, sample collection lists, work lists, records, specimen registration, results management, inventory management, verification and reporting. Automatic notifications for critical results, time measurement on doctor’s feedback to critical results, issuing results to emergency patients.

Radio-diagnostic Information System (RIS)

This unit consists of three modules for X-Ray, Computerized Tomography and MRI that are integrated with picture archiving and communication system (PACS), regardless of the manufacturer. The modules are managing medical imagery and associated data. Provide precise measurement of type and quantity of contrast applied, as well reports on clinically significant and non-significant discrepancies.

Angiography

The interactive module for angiography provides standardized functionally for wide range of interventions such as: Coronarography, Pacing, Electrophysiology, Catheterization, PTCA, Stenting, etc.

Stationary

The Stationary pack includes  modules for: Stationary, Bad Management and Operation Theater and Implants. Combined, they perfectly manage the process starting from patient’s admission to patient’s release. With detailed and carefully planned functionalities, from operations scheduling and scoring, comprehensive preoperative and postoperative assessment, to the most detailed and specific operating protocols designed according to the highest and latest medical standards.

The surgical part covers all types of surgeries, especially the cardio-vascular part which is very detailed providing fully integrated and semi-automated scoring for: EuroScore II, STS Score and DVT, integrated with the medical monitoring devices, аallowing abnormal alerts.

The module for the implants works as a register of everything that is implanted in the surgical ward. Provides precise specification of everything that is implanted and makes it easy to search and locate the required data.

Integration

Integration is a key element of our application. We have extensive experience building high-volume connections (APIs) with large sets of data and figuring out how to optimize them from a programming and business perspective. Our application has been successfully integrated with the biggest medical equipment providers in OR, Labs, Radio – diagnostic, ICU and all other departments.

The built-in e-signature feature allows both medical professionals and patients to electronically sign medical bills and other documents within EMR or patient portal. A dedicated patient portal allows doctors to communicate with their patients securely, share lab results, set appointments and more.

Management modules

Statistics are important to health care organizations in measuring performance success or failure. By building benchmarks, or standards of service excellence, quality improvement managers can measure future results. The module for statistic runs as a cross – app within the EHS and through the hundreds of built-in, customizable charts and graphs ensures clear, consistent statistical output, so your analysis results are easy to understand.

The Task Manager module within the application it is easy-to-use tool which is nicely incorporated. It provides you with the tools to create, assign and track tasks. Targeted at both management and doctors, the app can be used to organize everything from to – do lists to multi-platform projects.

In terms of features, the module allows you to collaborate on tasks, and share files. You can also set deadlines, task dependencies, as well as providing feedback to colleagues. No training needed. It works straight out-of-the-box.

JCI – Joint Commission International (JCI) identifies, measures, and shares best practices in quality and patient safety with the world. Provides leadership and innovative solutions to help health care organizations across all settings improve performance and outcomes. Our EHS solution is developed following JCI guidelines and recommendation, meaning it is fully JCI compliant.

Includes separate JCI module that is used for the evaluations and the reports required by the Joint Commission International which makes it easier to monitor and follow progress of standards and procedures.
